We offer a dynamic range of classes all designed to promote a sculpted body and mind. Remove the intimidating gym filter, we have classes for all fitness levels.
SHRED
HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) is a training technique where you give 100% effort through quick, intense bursts of movement followed by short, sometimes active recovery periods. Our strength focused HIIT classes engage the entire body and will have you pushing harder than you ever thought you could. Show up daily for a new workout and become stronger, leaner, and faster than you've ever been before.
BURN
This signature Karma class is designed to train your mind, body, and soul. In our infrared heated studio, we will use bodyweight and minimal equipment (think bosu balls/resistance bands) in Tabata style intervals to feel a total body burn. BURN will challenge your strength, core, and balance in new ways. Move through three circuits that will each include a yoga flow intended to leave you feeling like your most powerful self.
POWER
Move through creative and challenging sequences that will keep your body guessing and craving more. Class is located in our state of the art infrared heated studio. We have curated the atmosphere with music that will inspire you to flow. Join us as to detox your body from the inside out, empower your mind, and free your soul.
TONE
TONE is our low impact, full body strength workout. In this class, we pair full body strength with smaller, isolated contractions to burn out large and small muscles. Allowing you to reduce body fat and create long, lean, and defined muscles. TONE is for people of all ages, fitness levels, and stages of life as it includes zero cardio. This 60 minute class takes place in our infrared heated studio where we all move at the same pace to the tempo of the music.
REVIVE & RESTORE
This class will leave you feeling strong, energized, and refreshed. Revive & Restore combines the best of everything at Karma. Located in our infrared heated studio, we will start the session with HIIT and strength followed by a powerful vinyasa and finishes with flexibility and meditation.
